Oct 22, 2019 Jagged Alliance is a turn-based tactical role-playing game with a mixture of strategy, inspired to X-Com games. It was developed by Sir-tech Software and released in 1994 for MS-DOS by Madlab Software. The turn-based gameplay and the survival elements are good enough, but in other areas there are tons of shortcomings that not only disappoints the old fans of the series but also fails to ward off competition from other turn-based titles available on the market.

This is a bugfix release with two crash fixes and a launcher clarification.FeaturesWhile much of the focus of the project is on fixing bugs through cleaning up and modernizing the code, several minor and major (the chocolate that makes vanilla stracciatella) have been added as well. Additionally, many optional tweaks are only a switch away. Why Stracciatella?The name is an allusion to calling an un-modded version the “vanilla” version. The goal of this project is to improve the game without changes that would feel out of place. The end result still looks like vanilla, with some improvements mixed in just like the pieces of chocolate in stracciatella.
