A board game that will whisk you away to other worlds and transform your will into powerful beings, Eternals, with strange powers and magical abilities.

Even my microwave has a deck building mode. To be fair, The Amazing Eternals is actually about a bunch of people getting sucked into a board game, Jumanji style, so it kinda fits the theme.
I’ll allow it.The cards represent abilities, weapons and tools – by building your deck, you basically customize your loadout, deciding what to wear to battle, and what to leave behind. There doesn’t seem to be more to it than that. They’re cards because it fits the theme, and because it’s 2017. It’s a wonder that there’s still stuff left that isn’t cards.It has been in closed alpha for a while now, and the devs are planning to open the floodgates very soon, at least partially. They’re going to start selling founders’ packs, which will allow you to participate in the beta, voice your highly regarded opinion, get some exclusive gear and such. The beta starts on August 29th, which is when the packs will go on sale. If you want in, but don’t want to pay, you can sign up on the website and hope you’re chosen for the trip to Charlie’s Chocolate Factory.
It’s going to go free to play at some point, naturally, so if you’re patient, you can just grab it once it’s out for real.

Each character has numerous cards that can be acquired and equipped to grant them different abilities in game, providing a unique element to the shooter genre.KEY FEATURES- Various key characters to play as- Collect ability cards and build a deck to arm your Eternal- Multiple team based game modes- Maps covering environments from multiple genres/themes- Free to playGAMEPLAYThe core concept of the game is a hero first person shooter where players battle as a handful of different 70s pulp retro “Eternals” when the players are sucked into some magical board game. With multiple game modes players must not only master their FPS skills, but also their deck building strategy as their Eternals abilities and weapons are determined by their card loadout built before entering a match. With characters able to move around the 3D environments and some having vertical fly capabilities, the game offers a high level of skill and tactics.As players level up they will advance their characters playing piece around the game board, unlocking new features and free cards as they advance.THE ETERNALSThere are various Eternals in the game, each with their own role to show their focus in team based battles, such as Assault, Tank and Control. Each character has cards unique to them that will determine their build in battle.
