I already did it unchecking that box without results. After posting issues like this one on the official forums I finally got a reply from the community manager yesterday (yeah the devs really don't look at the Steam forums or only when you shove it into their faces).The best plan of action is opening a ticket with support. If there are troubles logging into your NCSOFT account in order to open a support ticket, then support can be contacted via email at - include in the body of the email the following:. Name. Account Email. Thorough description of the issue.
Location where you are playing fromSource:. = For those who simply get an error message creating the account the Account Email would probably be the address you were trying to use.I suppose this information also applies when not able to create an account to begin with or if it was suspended and you can therefor not login.Hope it helps.
